Welcome to the Future of Work CAP (the "Service"), an initiative by OwlphaDAO / Clarity Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our platform, initiating a "Clarity Journey," or downloading a "Blueprint," you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

The Service is an AI-augmented strategic planning tool.

  • AI Synthesis: All insights, reports, and blueprints are generated by Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically via the Google Gemini API.
  • Not Professional Advice: The Service provides strategic suggestions for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional career advice.
  • Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge that AI can produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" data. You agree to independently verify all outputs before making business or career decisions.

2. Data Collection & AI Performance Evaluation

Your privacy and the efficacy of our system are high priorities.

  • Evaluation Purpose: You explicitly agree that we may collect and analyze your inputs and the resulting AI outputs to evaluate the performance, accuracy, and "logic" of our AI integration. This allows us to refine the "Clarity Engine" for all users.
  • Infrastructure: Your data is processed by Google Gemini (United States) and stored securely on Aiven Postgres (Global).
  • Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (AES-256 and TLS 1.3).

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • Your Inputs: You retain 100% ownership of the original ideas, concepts, and text you input into the system.
  • The Blueprint: Upon successful completion of a sprint, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and execute the generated "Final Blueprint" for your personal or commercial benefit.
  • System Ownership: We retain all rights, titles, and interests in the "Clarity Engine," including the specific prompt engineering, UI/UX design, and database architecture.

4. User Obligations & Fair Use

To maintain the integrity of the Service, you agree:

  • No Reverse Engineering: You will not attempt to extract our proprietary prompts or underlying system logic.
  • Fair Usage: We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that consume excessive AI tokens or utilize automation/bots to "game" the system.
  • Lawful Content: You will not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes harm within the Federal Republic of Nigeria or elsewhere.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Nigeria:

OwlphaDAO and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, business failure, loss of income, or career setbacks resulting from the implementation of a "Blueprint." The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Data Privacy & Your Rights (NDPR)

In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR):

  • The Right to Erasure: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and "Vault" history at any time.
  • Consent: By using this Service, you consent to the cross-border transfer of data to our cloud infrastructure providers (Google and Aiven).
  • Data Breach: In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you and the relevant Nigerian authorities within the timelines mandated by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree that any legal action arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Nigeria.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice for violations of these Terms or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your use of the AI poses a security or financial risk to the platform.
